As the Director of Marketing at Chase Manhattan Bank, I built programs, managed sales curriculums, and learned how to sell to billion-dollar clients. It was a whirlwind of high-pressure meetings and late nights . A corporate dream on paper. 

But at home, I had two little ones who barely saw me, and when they did, I was really only half-there. I was constantly in work mode… trying to keep it all together. 

Eventually, I realized I wanted more than a title or a paycheck. I wanted freedom – to pick my kids up from school, to have dinner as a family, and to build a life on my terms. 

So, I took a leap. 

I left corporate and started my own consulting business, helping big corporations close major deals. But it wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped. At first, I struggled to find my footing, working harder than ever and barely scraping by.

There were moments when I doubted if I’d made the right choice… but through trial and error, I figured it out. I learned what worked (and what didn’t), and over time, I scaled my business into a seven-figure success.

My Story

I started my career in the corporate world, rubbing shoulders with some of the brightest minds in the industry...

I found myself questioning everything. 

The life I’d built. The choices I’d made. And the legacy I wanted to leave behind.

For 18 years, I had poured my energy into making wealthy men even wealthier. 

And even though I loved my work… it wasn’t my true purpose.

I thought back to when I started my business… struggling to figure it all out on my own, juggling motherhood and ambition without any kind of roadmap. 

And I realized something: no woman should have to figure it out alone.

That’s when I decided to make a shift. I wanted to help women (like me!) build successful businesses…. without sacrificing the things that matter most.

Then, tragedy struck. I lost my husband unexpectedly to a heart attack – and my world was turned upside down.

I took everything I’d learned in my two decades of scaling businesses, coaching sales teams, and navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship… and I channeled it into the Precision Sales Accelerator.
 

Today, I’m proud to work with powerhouse women who are ready to scale their businesses using a feminine approach. Because success isn’t about working harder or burying yourself under endless sticky notes. 

It’s about building a business that serves your goals, your values, and your life.

Life is too short to spend it settling for something that doesn’t light you up. 

And that’s why I’m on a mission to help my clients build businesses that don’t just grow their bank accounts… but give them the freedom to live the life of their dreams.

Linda Knox is the driving force behind Precision Sales Accelerator’s individual coaching experience – a Master Coach with decades of experience in leadership, innovation, and transformative coaching.

Her career began in the high-stakes world of financial services, where she spent 27 years leading teams, driving growth, and transforming complex challenges into success. At Prudential Financial, a Fortune 50 company, Linda founded an award-winning university that drove double-digit sales growth.

She went on to lead Prudential’s Innovation Lab, earning recognition in IDEO’s Journal for exploring bold, human-centered solutions. Later, as CEO of The Knox Group, she built a buzzing executive coaching practice, helping high-achieving women navigate critical decisions and lead with confidence.

During her time at Prudential, Linda connected with Nadine, bringing her on as a respected faculty member in consultative selling. Years later, they reconnected – this time to launch Precision Sales Accelerator. It was a perfect fit, combining Linda’s leadership expertise with Nadine’s sales mastery, to create a transformative experience for women leaders.
